Lifestyle fundamentals to support health, wellness and longevity
Wellness is a holistic endeavor. While progress can and will be made by incorporating one or many of these items, ultimate success is often found when one lives in harmony with each of these synergistic components. This is, however, not to say that each of these items must be tackled all at once – that would be futile – but rather that they are incorporated along the way on your journey to vitality.

Eat Real Food
Organic whenever possible. Eat the rainbow. Get lots of fiber. Eat healthy fats. Wild fish. Grass fed meat. Pasture raised poultry. Go easy on simple carbs. Avoid processed crap.
Drink Water
Not soda. Millions of people are chronically dehydrated. Your body is made of water – you can’t function without it. Half your weight in ounces each day, with electrolytes.
Exercise regularly and move daily
Run, jog, walk, yoga, tai chi, pilates, bike, swim, strength, HiiT, etc. Mix it up but ensure you get your heartbeat up and build strength, power, flexibility, endurance and balance.
Prioritize Sleep
Sunlight or happy light in the morning. Soft lighting in the evening. Wind down routine. Turn off screens 1+hour before. Keep it cool, 65° or less. Blackout curtains. Sleep mask. Ear plugs if necessary. No food 3+ hours before.
Positive Relationships
Toxic people wreak havoc on your mind and body – get rid of them. Your people should be uplifting, encouraging, supportive, honest, loving and always have your best interest at heart.
Find Your Inner Peace
Chronic stress can kill you – be proactive in managing it. Sauna. Epsom salt baths. Massage. Yoga. Journaling. Gratitude. Breath work. Tree therapy. Mindfulness. Meditation. Prayer.
Minimize Toxic Load
Chemicals, plastics, metals and molds are everywhere! Food. Skincare. Haircare. Household cleaners. Detergents. Air fresheners. Clothing. Supplements. The list goes on. Read labels, make smart decisions and detox regularly.
Keep Learning
Use it or lose it! Neuroplasticity is critical. Do math. Learn languages. Solve puzzles. Learn new skills. Keep your brain engaged.
